Clean To Shine

I'm sorry to report a substandard experience and clean.Whilst I was waiting to take the cleaner up to my apartment he simply drove off and left me standing in the carpark. He arrived back 10 mins later with food and coffee.I had booked a three hour end of lease clean. The cleaners were there for around two hours and were eating above mentioned food for a portion of that time.They did not clean behind the furniture, under the rug nor any of the skirting boards.They did not clean the balcony (I paid extra for this).I reached out via email a week ago and have not had a response.Highly disappointing given the hefty charge.

I chose Clean to Shine because they were the only company among those I fund offering fumigation, a requirement in my rental lease. However I couldn't have made a better choice! The house was impeccably cleaned. Amazing attention to detail, great communication and the willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was super clean. They even cleaned the internal walls and removed the cobwebs from the outside ones. They are true to they name and really left the property clean to shine! Can't recommend them enough.

This would have been the FIFTH time we used Clean to Shine, having been satisfied with their service in the past. I asked for a quote, however based on a previous property they had cleaned for me the price seemed overly high - yet every time I tried to address this I received no response, a rude response, or a response that ignored my query and simply insisted on the quoted price. Several times I had to send emails to simply ask for a response. Incredibly unprofessional. What a shame - I had been a customer for years. Given that this company is happy to publicly post photos of the inside of someone's property (see review below), I would steer clear. Never again.

Engaged them for an end of lease clean for my town house. They cleaned top to bottom. 3 hour turnaround and looks incredible. Will definitely use againVery polte.

Great service. We used Clean to Shine for an end of lease clean. They did a fabulous job, and we were very pleased with the service provided.

Used their service for a second time and happy with the result. Easy to get a quick quote and making a booking. Their website provides extensive details of different cleaning packages, what's included/excluded. Great price, quick and easy communication, punctual and professional. Highly recommended.

End of lease cleaning:Service was just bad. House was still dirty, and after the landlord inspected the property again, she went ballistic and demanded it to be cleaned again. They did not even touch the immediate outside of the house such as door, window, door step, and told me we don't do the outside".They came back next day but was in a hurry. I gave them a list beforehand regarding the issues that needed attending. I still had to "hold their hand" and show it to them and we cleaned as we go. We could not attend to all of the issues as they were saying "we really have to go brother". I was left there between my landlord and an awful service. **Update: They offered to give me a $60 refund if I deleted my google review, I called them back saying it wasn't good enough and now they've blocked my number.****Update: They have now posted photos of my apartment online and emailed our leasing agent directly. None of this was appropriate and feels as though it's a breach of our privacy. They also didn't explain to us that the extra cost was including GST, which is why we thought they were charging us an extra $100.We used this company today. Firstly they were late to our booking and secondly, when they saw our apartment they charged us way above what was quoted. They said it was because we had an extra bathroom however the extra bathroom was included on the initial quote. We went back and forth and then they said it was because it was extremely dirty when it absolutely wasn’t. It felt like they were taking advantage of us because we’re both young women. They wouldn’t leave until we paid what they were telling us. Don’t use this company unless you’re willing to pay way above what’s quoted. I understand that it’s just an initial quote and it’s subject to change but what they were charging was ridiculous.
