We recently stayed at 31 Rocks and had a excellent time. Debbie and Scott were so welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. We found this accommodation while searching google and needed a two bedroom cabin for myself, partner and mother-in-law. This did not disappoint! As soon as you drive in to the property it felt cosy and away" from the busy city life. The cabins were private and felt like we were the only ones staying there! Extra care and attention was paid to guests with milk

Debbie and Scott are consummate hosts - they have created a haven where relaxation and a good night's sleep are assured. The villas are stylish, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Debbie and Scott are generous as the rates are most reasonable given the quality of the accomodation, which includes a continental breakfast. A gorgeous find!

A home away from home. Debbie and Scott went over and above to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything from the villa furnishings, helpful suggestions on local sights, well maintained property and a hidden gem of a private walking track leading to a spectacular view - you can tell they care about the details and keep their guests in mind. Very well priced, with a continental breakfast included. Close enough to town to get around easily, but peaceful and tranquil as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a great place to stay. Owners are very accommodating and greeted us as we pulled in. We stayed in Villa 2 and it was clean and well set out. The continental breakfast supplied was plenty for 3 days for the 2 of us.

Wonderful relaxing stay! The villa was very clean, well appointed and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great and the owners are lovely. We don't often go back to the same place but in this case we definitely will.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin for a weekend away with friends, and it was lovely. The room was very comfortable, had a great selection of things to use, clean & tidy & in a lovely location with great views. Our hosts were very friendly & full of useful information.We would definitely recommend staying at 31 The Rocks.Thanks for making us feel welcome

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Villa 4. We loved the fireplace, comfy bed and waterfall shower. We were also situated near the walking track that lead to the top of the property where we watched the sunset - just incredible! Debbie and Scott were such wonderful hosts ☺️

Debbie and Scott were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed two nights here as part of the 'rock n roll' package and highly recommend this deal which is excellent value if you also want to ride the vineyards. The location is peaceful and each villa feels private (they are quite well spaced out). The breakfast provisions were very generous, especially the gourmet breakfast basket and we loved that it included local items (i.e. bread from the bakery and Stanthorpe honey). The only downside (which for some might be a positive) is that there is very minimal/patchy reception, and no wifi.

Gayle and I stayed for 3 nights with another couple in villa 5. It was perfect in every way, the ideal place to spend relaxing in a very well-presented comfortable environment. The location was perfect surrounded by native vegetation and granite rocks. Deb and Scot's pleasant personalities added to our wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights earlier this week and loved it! Cleanest place we have ever stayed! Not too far from town and lots to see and do not too far away. Scott and Deb are very friendly and welcoming.Book now, you won't regret it!!We'll be back :)
