I got the luxury pamper pack and didn’t find it all that luxuries. Other then the girls constantly coming in and out of the room lights on and lights off music on and music off, people literally walking past taking bin bags out the back.While one lady was cleaning my face before my facial the other lady came in and they were going backwards and forwards with how long my service would take.My Indian head massage was just my hair line.They didn’t ask what skin type I had or what problems I want to fix they already had a facial picked out before I even got there and I found that kinda odd as not all skin types are the same.I’m all for a good chat but not when I’m having a massage.My eyebrows look great and that’s about all I’m happy with.All in all not worth the $150 for a weird experience and good eyebrows

I’ve been coming here for years now and I love the girls!!!However a new girl started, she’s lovely and I feel guilty doing this but I think it’s good for you to have a feedback. She threaded my eyebrows two times and for two times she pinched my skin and I had bruises and little abrasions above my eyes for days after.If you train her properly I’ll come back immediately but unfortunately I got hurt both times and I’m not really keen to do it again.

Overcharged ten dollars deliberately, and not waxed properly, in Noosa. Will not attend again.

Don't go for waxing, unsure about henna and threading but I went for a full Brazilian still have hair left, and she left some wax behind. And for the price may as well go to a full actual Brazilian waxing place to get the job done properly. Disapointed.

I’m really happy about the shape of my eyebrows every time I go out of this salon, the only think that I have to complain about is that they don’t moisture it at the end of the treatment and honestly after spending $22 in less than 5 minutes I expect at least a bit of cream or oil

Walked in and received great service from Nav. Quick efficient waxing. Unsure about trying threading and henna for brows for first time - had lots of questions - Nav was very patient and explained options clearly. Beautifully clean salon and friendly professional service. Highly recommend

Had my eyebrows tinted and unfortunately I looked like I should be a character in the muppets. The lines were so sharp and way bigger than my actual eyebrows. I had to scrub them hard to fix them when I got home

The girls are so lovely here and always do a amazing job. I always feel welcome and the girls are lovely to talk to. My eyebrows always look amazing and im glad they are in Noosa and recommened all my friends to go to them for threading.

Worst experience was so rushed an when I said something about them rushing I got abused an kicked out just for asking if she could fix them! Worst customer service iv ever seen !
