Staff are very friendly and always willing to help...5 stars for customer service! Prices can be on the more expensive side, but with specials and frequent feeder loyalty discount every month, it's not so bad.

Shop assistant was great in his greeting to myself and my puppy. The dog wash station was clean and recieved a treat for puppy on the way out. Great customer service

we took our little pomeranian pup in on Friday seeing if he could be bathed and the girl working (darkhair in pony tail) was just lovely and was fine for us to spend time in store with our little mister to try harnesses on. What great friendly service as opposed to some places where you barely get a hello these days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gentleman who grabbed my order (20kg dog food bag) also carried it to my car for me, which I was very grateful for. Definitely will go back to this store and would recommend to my family and friends! Lovely store.
