RENTERS, STAY AWAY! This is a corrupt and unprofessional property management team and you can do far better, even in the current rental crisis.Michelle Stubbs was caught on camera illegally entering my unit without an entry notice while I was at work. When I called and confronted her about this, she denied the accusations and falsely accused me of being rude and aggressive towards her on the phone, strongly suggesting that our lease would not be extended if I continued to press the matter.I was forced to submit breach notices multiple times in order to get severe issues fixed, including a large water leak in the garage (enough to form a puddle, took 3+ months to fix), no hot water in the shower (never was fixed) and an external door to the property that wouldn't lock (again, months).Upon submitting the second breach notice, Michelle responded by sending me a breach notice for a 'noise complaint' containing no further details. I followed up with Michelle several times asking for these missing details (who made the complaint, what noise was I making?), I didn't receive a response to any of these enquiries.When vacating the property, I got a friend to call the office and see what sort of reference would be given. Michelle proceeded to tell him that I was rude and confrontational, made frequent unreasonable maintenance requests and didn't look after the place, despite no issues ever being raised at inspections.She also made a number of unlawful attempts to claim my bond, like a leaf being left on the garage floor. Although she did immediately drop the issue when I told her I was happy to settle it with QCAT, wonder why Michelle?Lauren Spencer, the 'director of property management', was well aware of these ongoing issues as I made sure she was cc'd on every email. This isn't a single bad apple it's an organisational problem.

I am very happy with their service. Coco Real Estate has managed my property for many years. Staff are very professional and easy to communicate with, especially Lauren who always keeps us updated with the new information on the market and understands our needs. Also thank Alina for taking all efforts to rent out our property quickly and smoothly. Michelle is also very helpful whenever we need.

Michelle at COCO Real Estate has been absolutely fantastic. She has been my father's Property Manager for some time. This year the property owner was looking to sell which did stress my father out initially however Michelle was so cooperative and willing to work with us. Eventually the property owner decided not to sell, and a new lease was offered. My father and I cannot speak more highly of Michelle and look forward to a long-lasting relationship with her and COCO Real Estate.

Over the last few years, my wife and I have acknowledged the fluctuation in rental prices.Throughout our multiple leases at our current property (5 years in total), Michelle has assisted us in maintaining security when it comes to our original agreement to where we are now within the current market.People need to be aware that costs are changing everywhere, and yes properties and the market are being highly affected by the current climate. Michelle at Coco real estate has been really rude. She was my previous property manager. The way she talk is really rude and no respect for our tenants. Whenever I say something to her she always cut me off in the middle. She didn’t even reply me back when I ask her to do my reference. When I moved in to the new property, there was an issue with the stove. Even though I’ve been asked her to fix it so many times, she didn’t do any actions to fix it until one of my friends, who is lawyer, talk with her. I really liked the agent where she worked but she is the worst property manager I’ve ever met.* if you are not an english speaker, please look for another agent! *

We have been with CoCo for a while with our other property. Alina Morse really knows her stuff. We're from inter state and recently bought a property in the Logan area. Property needed quite a few things fixed up before being ready for lease which Alina sequenced and orchestrated to minimise costs. Further, she was able to secure tenants quickly.
