My Crohn disease story,After getting real sick from Crohn, I can understand that I had this disease since a really young age but my real symptoms started after using antibiotics for eye infection. I had symptoms like diarrhea, lack of energy, undigested food particles, etc..I went to a doctor and they did some test . They booked me an appointment for 2 months after, by the time my sickness just got worse. I asked my friend suggestions who seem to be knowledgeable about health and he suggested me use bunch of supplements such as probiotics, vitamins&minerals and grapeseed extract for anti-inflammation. Couple days after using those supplemets ,I had relief in my symptoms but once I stopped using, all my symptoms came back. I knew that I was supposed to do something else. I found doctor David Klein's book and followed his diet on and off for couple of months. I was free from all my symptoms but I was not able to follow it for a period of time and once I was out of that diet some of my symptoms came back. Then I thought I need some guidance to keep me in a right path. I contacted with High Carb Health and they gave me a clear path to beat this sickness and lots of information about why we get sick and some good healing recipes. With their support and care, I can say that I am free of all my symptoms and I can eat whatever I want without any digestive problems. I really suggest working with them. It is hard diet until you get used to but the result is so much worth it.

I highly recommend the coaching by High Carb Health. The dietary switch to plant based diet is the key. Shamiz’s coaching was very helpful and he practices what he coaches . Everyone will struggle with the transition initially. You need some like Shamiz or Shakul by your side while you go thru this. Just believe the process, be patient and results will come.

Thanks to Shukul and Shamiz from High Carb Heath I have been able to overcome my Ulcerative Colitis.I was first diagnosed with UC in 2005 and was able to manage the disease with medications over the years after that.A year ago, I had another flare-up, I did not respond well to the treatment this time and decided I would try to heal myself naturally.
