Chicken Ceaser Salad was bland, no flavour! Garlic prawn was Creamy & not garlic prawn but... we were hungry so we ate it. Spaghetti bolognese & Chicken fungi was absolutely delicious!!

Restaurant is called SparQling, however my experience wasn’t anything but dreadful… definitely not sparkling. Decor is nice. But apart from that it goes downhill. Staff - well our waitress looked like she was forced against her own will to work. Plain. Like the chicken a friends had ordered. Simply the start to the worst. Overcooked chicken. on all 3 plates. Risotto, was burnt at the bottom. And not stirred quite enough. To complete well Ordered Garlic Bread… wait for it $13.50 for a piece of garlic bread… ridiculous - and to sum it up 7$ each for a drink. cola. damn. Must have some caviar or truffle in there for sure. Will not return. Trying to forget this experience. Shocking.

Came here for my 13th birthday with my godmother, on Boxing Day. We ordered garlic bread ($13.50), steamed vegetables ($8.00), garlic prawns ($32.90) and a schnitzel burger served with chips ($24.90), a Coke ($6.50) and a smoothie, I think.The food was insanely good!! The garlic bread was a little dry, but definitely full of flavour and super crunchy. Steamed veggies didn't disappoint either, and the garlic prawns (which my godmother ate) looked amazing. My highlight would definitely be the burger. The chicken was so tender and crunchy, and the lettuce tasted super fresh. The chips had just the right amount of salt and were also really crunchy, but it was a shame that I couldn't finish it all.I didn't pay attention to the service much, but the dishes came pretty quickly for such delicious food. The waiters and waitresses were really polite as well, served the dishes with nice etiquette, and that's pretty much it.Despite past reviews which seem pretty harsh, I'm beyond satisfied with the overall restaurant. It seems that there's been loads of improvement over the years. Although it's pretty pricey, it's worth the money for such amazing quality. Definitely coming here again!!Update: I did come here again, and the food was amazing as usual! There was just something sharp stuck in the spaghetti that my mother was eating... We let the waiters know and they very politely took the news and apologised greatly for the inconvenience. It was rather alarming, but the food was just as good as last time, if not better.(By the way I took a bite out of the burger then realised I needed to take the picture so that's why you'll see a bite on it.)

A very lovely cafe to come here for dinner located on the main full of life street in burwood i must recommend any of their pizza and salads I recommend trying the shisha here as-well

Wow amazing place and so much fun. We celebrated my brothers birthday and I would say 2 in 3 tables had a birthday (they play loud happy birthday music and put a sparkler on top - we asked for no sparkler as we don't want to eat metal).I think they are halal or at least non-haram (so no pork and no alcohol). Ratings for each dish:Mozzarella sticks 4/5 - good, but I think store boughtKale salad 2/5 - too sweet and saucyCaesar salad 4.5/5 - chicken was a stand out, beef bacon was wierdTruffle, Halloumi and seafood pizza 5/5 for all, base is well done, pizza is just right, wouldn't change a thing on truffle and seafood, the Halloumi had a little too much mozzarella but still worked well.Half lobster pasta 4.5/5 - decent amount of lobster, sauce was nice.Scotch fillet 4.5/5 - a touch underdone (diner wanted a medium, but was more like medium rare - medium), but sauce was a bit of a let down.Lamb chops, I didn't taste this, but my brother loved it.Banana smoothie 5/5 - best I've had in ages, same with the mint mojito mocktail.Would gladly come back, servings are big and pricing is very sharp. We never felt rushed. No additional cost for cakeage, just make sure you make a reservation, as it was very busy.

Came here tonight and the waitress + waiter (possibly manager?) were both really friendly and welcoming. Our starter tasted good and the garlic butter intense. The prawns were a tiny bit too cold for our taste. There was a 10 minute pause between the starter and the mains and the guy double-checked the mains we ordered. The Salt&Pepper Squid portion was huge with a generous side of chips and salad. Overall very delicious though the crust was quite thick. My partner really enjoyed his steak and it was cooked perfect. We will be back for sure. (The bill was around $100 incl 1 starter, 2 mains and 2 cokes). No alcohol served at this venue.
