Matt & Brenal were great to deal with in both the settlement of the house we sold and the purchase of the new home. Both settlements took place on the same day so it was complicated however they were extremely professional and communicated with us all the way. I started dealing with Nick who was looking at various contracts prior to us putting in offer for houses. Nick was great with advises and very quick turnover as sometimes we only had few days between us getting contract and the auction. The whole team was so friendly. Once we bought the house we dealt with Maryanne. What to say she is great will be an understatement. From the time she took our settlement she was thorough. She was always available to answer our silly questions and to the point replied even during holidays. Her integrity is second to none and her communication was amazing. Our settlement had multiple issues with multiple delays from other parties and barriers but to Maryanne's credit she thought of all the issues that can arise way before they surfaced and prepared for it in anticipation. Her farsightedness and describing things to us on time helped us with the settlement to the point I can clearly say without her we would not have settled on time. I think when things go wrong and the way people deal with it shows their skill, experience and knowledge. With Maryanne she demonstrated it. And also I wanted to point out every time I called the office the people who talk the call were so nice and empathetic.

Lisa and the team at NJL were very professional and promptly dealt with all the legal aspects of settling my Mother's estate and sale of her home. They were friendly and courteous and this certainly eased the burden on me as Executor over a longer than normal settlement period. Nothing but praise !
