Please do not use this company. They moved a piano for me 2 years ago and damaged it during moving. I have before and after photos and they have admitted they damaged it, however 2 years later I am still waiting for them to repair it. They don’t call me back, hang up on me and just say well we can’t get a repairer at the moment. My piano was my great grandmothers and granted it is not worth much in todays market, but it is a family treasure.Please don’t trust these people with your valuable items!!If I could give them no stars I would!

Had a pool table recovered.Amazing customer service and quality of work.Provided a competitive quote via email requiring only photos and were able to complete the work within a few days.Table looks like new now.

Had a very unpleasant experience with this business.I organised for a piano removal, the only requirement I had was it needed to be past 10am so that my mother in law would be home for them to pick it up and my husband would be able to receive it at drop off.This was confirmed by email.On the day they arrived for pickup at 9am, didn't call my MIL to warn her they were coming (pure luck she was still home at all), didn't call me until they were 15 mins from my house (it's a 30 minute drive).I had to dash home from work for the drop off, drivers just said they get a list of deliveries for the day and do it in that order.After delivery I called to ask why it has been so poorly organised that the only requirement for this service had been messed up.Got no real answers and a lot of condescension, saying that early or late

I have used Perth Piano & Pool Table movers twice in the past two years. The second move recently was done while I was out of state and they were super professional and very helpful in facilitating the move. They organised a time and day that suited myself, my brother & my friend who were assisting at the pick up & drop off locations, and communicated well with everyone to let them know when they would be arriving. Their rate is also very reasonable, and they safely delivered my piano without a scratch both times I used them. Would definitely recommend them without hesitation. Thanks guys!

I had a piano moved from my place to my sister’s house in a far northern suburb. I was given all relevant details when I booked by phone. I was notified of exact arrival time 30 mins prior. The guys were polite, careful, efficient. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent. We were extremely happy. Thank you. Highly recommended.

PLEASE CONSIDER USING ANOTHER BUSINESS. Sent photos as requested for the piano move. After contacting them a few times the son rang back saying it was a straight forward move. Then the Father called back describing a completely different move and quotes an eye watering price knowing I was desperate. I queried the straight forward move his son has described amd he started yelling at me threatening to hang up. Move took 2 guys an hour to move including travel and drop off. And charged me nearly $500

super friendly guys did a piano move for us. very careful not to bump anything while moving. they did forget to drop off the piano stool (we did too), but we got it sorted quickly the next working day.

Highly recommend, book in advance cos these guys are busy for good reason! 2nd time they've expertly moved my pool table for us, this time over a 2nd story balcony. Careful but efficient they got the job done in no time. Just like other quality moving crew, its worth getting in touch with them a few weeks before your move to lock em in.
