REALLY weird place.. when I walked in it was like they were shockedUnsure who shops here, I just wanted some camping gear and while she was helpful, it’s definitely lacking whatever it is that it needs to make people feel welcomed.

Great prices, good range and friendly staff. This is a favourite shop for friendly scouting families wishing to check out the latest clothes, camping and hiking equipment.

Has a range of bushwalking gear. Factory outlet hours could be more user friendly. As if you work during the day you can not get there.But due to covid and outlet not been opened.I purchased gear on line. Great service either online or in the outlet

Love the Snowgum Factory Outlet! They have lots of varieties of the snow gear and even just some winter clothing. Their prices are cheaper as well than some other stores that sell snow gear. Very recommended.

Today 15th April 2023 I went to Snowgum to buy a variety of things for myself and my young daughter. After trying on some boots, my daughter said she needed to go to the bathroom. After asking the staff if we could use the facilities we were told 'no' walk down to the petrol station. We walked through the drizzle for about 5-7 minutes, we were also informed we could not use their tolilet either. This resulted to us trudging back to the store, leaving several hundred dollars worth of things we were intending on getting in the store and having to drive down to the Maccas as it was seriously raining by this time. I did announce to my family we would need to leave as my daughter was going to wet her pants, yet not a single care from your staff. Very poor form for your staff to not let a little girl use your facilities, send them to facilities that cannot be accessed and not give a hoot that a little girl was about to wet her pants in your store resulting in the family to leave. Very poor form Snowgum staff, use your common sense. So angry, we had travelled 1.5hrs to get there and had to leave empty handed! Poor form!! Oh and I know you have a toilet at your store, so no excuse to let a child use them.

Expert Advice & ServiceNot only can you find a very wide range of quality items here, but the service is top notch too.Annette is so knowledgeable with the shoes, that I was able to get a perfectly fitted pair that was well suited to my needs, with ease.Definately worth shopping here not only for footwear, but for all sorts of outdoor gear.

Has some good stuff at reasonable prices. However most is out of season clothes etc, e.g snow gear in summer, can do well if you plan ahead. Generally is a small amount of in season stuff but camping gear and accessories, backpacks etc are always in season. Worth a look.

Excellent service! I was looking to buy my first pair of hiking boots, and the woman that served me was extremely generous with her time and very knowledgeable. I had a coughing fit in the middle of the shoe fitting and she got me sparkling water. A very kind gesture. Employees like this make loyal customers.

Staff is friendly, helpful and professional with a good knowledge of their products. Products are of high quality at reasonable price. I have been shopping at this store for years and still come back regularly to get products for my family.
