great apartment living, secure parking. nice view of ocean. walking distance to shops and other. Playground across the road. swimming pools just short drive away.

Just a few things need to be upgraded, including locks on bedrooms, WiFi and light dimmers in bedrooms or beside lamps. Upgrade mat in lounge area. Maybe new BBQ otherwise spacious and clean and comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.
