Horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend this place! I asked sns French tip (not acrylic) the lady then proceeded to get out the acrylics. When I told her for the third I do not want acrylics she rolled her eyes and aggressively told me that she cannot produce what I wanted. My friend was also with me and she asked for abs and they gave her acrylics.The place was dirty and very unhygienic. I will find another salon which can be a better service

I had worse experience at this place. I am not coming back again. They started our nails without doing manicure. Expensive and time waste. One of lady was so annoying, when i was checking my baby on pram, she get mad at me and I am told not to move. When I mistakenly did erase my one hand nail polish it get worse because she has to do it again for 1 finger nail. She was laterally rude to me and did everything thing to make me feel bad. Thank you for making me feel sorry that I was checking my baby on pram and Thank you for turning my morning into bad. You deserve -100

I recently returned to Cosmo nails for sns infill after being very happy with my first visit. My nails lasted alot longer than expected and felt strong.During my second visit I came down with a migraine midway through my appointment (not related to the salon which was clean and well ventilated). The staff were unbelievably lovely and offered me as much help as possible. They let me lie down in one of the salon rooms and my nail tech even finished my nails while I was lying down in there. They made sure I had someone to come and pick me up so I wouldn't have to drive home. Then when I went to pay they wouldn't except any extra compensation for their kindness. I can't speak more highly of the staff there and after all of that my nails turned out gorgeous and exactly what I had wanted.

I have had poor experiences at other salons in Penrith that pushed me to find another salon. This led me to Cosmos, I haven't had a bad experience since. I've had the same lady every time and she handles me with care. So gentle and does an amazing job every time. Thank you for looking after me yesterday. I've been having it tough lately. Your great service made my week. I can't wait to revisit you again soon.

Absolutely the worst experience!I sat down to have a pedicure to only have a towel thrown over my legs that had multiple holes in it.The lady butchered my toes leaving my big toe extremely infected.Wouldn't recommend at all. (Unhygienic and unprofessional).

I went to get any eyebrow and top lip waxed and she had no idea what she was doing wax too hot and burnt my top lip and eyes. She said I had sensitive skin, but I have had this done numerous times in their Emu plains store without a problem. When I asked for my money back she said no but finally gave me $10 back from $25. I told her I would never come back and her response was don’t come back. DONE DEAL. Horrible place. Have photos and can send if you message me

Went there for the first time today and never going back. The lady that did my nails cut 5 of my fingers and she was hurting me. She was rushing the whole time, she was rough and she was rude. She made me feel like she had a problem with me even though I was very polite to her. When you get you’re nails done, you want it to be a nice and relaxing experience which they were far from it. I won’t be recommending this place to anybody.

Went here to have a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude and rushed the whole process. After she finished using the metal tools on my feet she rinsed them in the water my feet were soaking in and then put the tools back in her trolley to use on another person!Some of my toe nails have 2 coats and some only 1, and the polish is very thin and sloppy.I will never go here again.

I have tried every nail salon from Penrith to Katoomba and these girls are hands down the best nail technicians I have ever had.I’m a trained Beauty Therapist and nail technician with over 20 years experience but sometimes I want to indulge with being treated myself.Every time I go here I’m constantly complimented on my nails100% quality
