If I'm 10 minutes late for an appointment it gets cancelled. But I can be kept waiting for over an hour past scheduled time. Maybe need to come up with a solution if the doctor is going to be more than half hour past appointment time patient should be notified to come at a later time.

Dr Vera as always is caring and helpful. Out of pocket expense is higher than alternative practice, will only use SMC when absolutely necessary due to cost.

The Practice supplies good parking adjacent to the building, a Pathology Office a clean spacious waiting area with bathrooms. My family has been seeing Professor/Doctor George Albert for a number of years. We could not be happier with the wonderful service he and his staff provide to us. He is a great listener and we appreciate his patience helping us with all of our medical concerns.

As always, beautiful people who have the best interests of all patients and their staff prioritised. They are very helpful and will let you know (if you call before your appointment) if your doctor is running late so you can plan accordingly. Brilliant work all around.

This was my first visit to Shellharbour Medical Centre. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Helen Jones made me immediately comfortable. She is warm, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Always a pleasant, non-judgemental appointment.Was a little apprehensive when they changed to mixed billing, however you get what you pay for. Great, proactive doctors leaving you feeling confident they are taking your health seriously.
