Had the worst experience here today, the manager Melissa, really needs to be trained in customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. I’m a p plater, did not realise I can’t glance at my phone when filling up. Had Melissa abruptly stop my bouser, and then yell at me over the speaker phone stating “can’t be on your phone!” Not even excuse me number 3 sorry but you can’t be looking at your device while filling up. Then I go inside and apologise as I did not realise at all this was a rule, and just explain I’ve never had anyone stop and let me know that it’s not allowed and I’m sorry I didn’t realise. And then she comes out with, well I’m the boss and that’s just how it is. Great job Melissa, you’re a horrible person for a customer service job, I’m a manager too funnily, and I would never speak to anyone like that, let alone showing your staff that this behaviour is acceptable.

Always handy if your need something on way home or close by. Good selection of goods open till late.

Convenient but had to do everything by hand so slowed up the process

The bowsers were absolutely filthy! Including the fuel nozels ick ! Needs a good de-grease !The filling up was quick enough and the lady that served me was pleasent enough.

I OH MY GOD ON THIS…. always guarantee that the petrol at called is always what you pay for. I get top kms per litre when shopping Caltex and when i change to others, i drop in kms. I don’t understand why but can only say that i trust Caltex and won’t buy anything else. Cheers big ears
