Drived from Brisbane, on google map shows it's open but they had closed earlier, just wasting time, some should make a respond, it's been happened to many people. That's a shame

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ONLINE STORE!!! Pathetic customer service for online purchases. Ordered on 3 Aug 2021, Rivers immediately took the money from my credit card but I did not recieve my order. Took weeks to get a reply to any enquiries I made and was finally told items would be re-stocked and shipped 29 Sept. Still have not recieved my order, shipping details or even a response to my last email from over a week ago. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Quite a difficult store to locate .Follow GMaps heading towards Morayfield Mall on Henry Berry road. Be prepared to do a right turn towards a block of shops on Morayfield rd. Turn right and go around these shops. Turn left and Rivers is on the leftThe manager and staff are very helpful. Quite a lot of discounted stock most times.
