Habitual Health Collective
I started going to Reformer classes at Habitual after a recommendation from a friend and haven't looked back! With a chronic shoulder injury, it's so great to be able to do Reformer in a small, safe & supportive environment, being supervised properly, without risk of further injury. The classes are also so much fun and I really look forward to them in my week! Overall my strength & skill has greatly improved since attending, and all of the teachers are EXCELLENT instructors who know their stuff (not to mention absolutely wonderful people too)!

I had some lower back issues, after seeing Georgia for only a couple of sessions, and some special exercises for me to complete at home, my lower back issues have now gone away. I can recommend Georgia and the team whole heartedly.

I have been seeing Georgia the Exercise Physiologist at Habitual Health Collective for nearly four years now and I have been so happy with my progress. I needed to work on my health in a big way, I was overweight, struggled with motivation, limited fitness and limited core strength. I can now complete more difficult Reformer Pilates movements, gained strength with weights and I can now run in Fridays Run Club rather than walk! This is thanks to Georgia’s program which is never boring. Georgia’s patience and belief in me has kept me going back. Would definitely recommend Georgia to anyone she is such an intelligent and patient practitioner!

I have been doing the Pilates class here with a couple of friends once a week for over a month now and we all thoroughly enjoy it. The instructor is very friendly and patient with all of us as we are only beginners. It is a very challenging class as we are strengthening muscles we wouldn't normally focus on in the gym. There is so much variety when it comes to the type of exercises we do so each class keeps us guessing, and although we are a bit tender the following day we look forward to our class every week. HIGHLY recommend for anyone at any level of experience.

The team at Habitual are professional, friendly and get results. I started attending 2 years ago when my knee issues started preventing me from running. Georgia and the team had me back slow jogging within 8 weeks, and put in place a longer term plan which meant I haven't had any reoccurring issues. They are also very accommodating with session times to suit your life needs.

Georgia and the Team at Habitual are simply awesome! They're my one-stop shop for all things health related. Georgia for physiology, Nicole for myotherapy, Natasha for yoga and Kate for diet. I couldn't keep training and competing at the same pace without them.Even better, they're all such lovely, down-to-earth people. Give them a go. You won't regret it.
