They must have recently changed or upgraded the software that runs the auto car wash because it is now always out of service. Apparently, it runs out of customer codes. I cannot see how this is possible or why any manufacturer would permit this. I've been back 3 times over a few weeks and its always out of codes. Coles you will need to get this fixed or you will lose thousands $ as customers abandon this station for somewhere else.

$30 for 2 platinum washesinitially not bad but noticed that there was a 2cm piece of black plastic that came off from the spinning wash that scratched my car’s mirror and rear with quite a lot of scratches (not sure if it was from the car before)Otherwise, 3 stars because the wash did exactly what it’s supposed to and gave my dirty car an amazing clean and shine.Bring a spare microfiber cloth as the car usually still has droplets of water after the wash!!

Long line for the car wash, with no instructions on how to pay for the thing until you are right at the front of the line. Expected to have to pay at the window right before entering the car wash, but it turns out that no, you actually have to go inside the store and ask the person at the counter for a ticket.Not only is this arrangement horribly outdated and clumsy, the fact that there are no signs warning you of it in advance is incredibly dumb.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great car wash service that opens 24 hours. Although sometimes queue can get quite long, during peak hours. Not the cleanest because of water droplets but it does not leave a stain or water marks.

Be prepared to wait a very long time in line for the car wash (over an hour!). Did an OK but not great job. Washed the front of the car fine, but back was still quite dust-stained. Note that you have to buy tickets for the car wash in the service station beforehand.

My favourite carwash in Brisbane. While I'm there I buy a voucher for the vacuum, grab a $1 tea or coffee, and top up on fuel. Very convenient, beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my car loves it.

The auto wash left a long scratch down the length of my vehicle, that I noticed as soon as I got home. I called the car wash and they said the machine had broken down and that a manager would return my call. A week later I left another message, but didn't hear anything.I wouldn't risk washing a nice vehicle here.

Let me tell you a secret. I actually like the coffee from the coffee machine at most Coles Express.This servo is pretty small, but it's the essentials. It has petrol, diesel, coffee, hot pies, and a slushy machine. There is a car wash here, but the line-up can be bonkers. I thought this would be obvious, make sure you buy your car wash ticket inside the store before you try to wash your car.

The new carwash is terrible, does not accept voucher from any other store , requires another unnecessary step which if you miss, causes the whole system to not run, the graphic also is not helpful and doesn't tell you what the problem is. Not gonna visit this place again
