Customer service was SO bad! My family weren’t aware we were had family photos booked in for tonight but an employee felt the need to take photos of us!No need to go to the famous Karen’s diner when you can come to kfc Springfield parkway & get the exact same experience from the workers!

I travel past the one at Orion to get KFC here. Great service, lower wait times, and better quality!My inlaws pass 2 KFC's to get food from here!

Food was hot and fresh, customer services was great.. wait time was a bit long but they were bust as hell so kind of expected it.. overall a great experience.. prefer here then my local KFC

Went to dinner there with my family tonight.. placed an online order before arriving, arrived before 9pm and waited 45 minutes for our food. Even after such a long wait.. as we began eating we were asked to go eat outside as they were about to close (10pm) yet the outdoor seating area was closed off. No consideration for the fact that we had been waiting on THEM for almost an hour to eat!! Employee who worked the front counter constantly rolled his eyes when customers were placing orders.. like why are you working in the front?! Go fry some chicken at the back where no one can see you. He even had the audacity to take a photo on his personal phone of my family (underage kids too) which the cops were then called to retrieve and delete. It’s rude, unprofessional and actually quite scary to think why a grown man would want a photo of a bunch of little kids eating dinner! None of the other workers took initiative to de-escalate the situation beforehand. This place either need to train staff better or just hire new staff who are willing to serve with a smile.

Went to this KFC at 6pm 15/12/21 and ordered a Giant Feast and a regular Popcorn Chicken. After waiting 15 minutes for the hot and spicy, my family and I drove home only to find out that the chicken was raw.After driving all the way back to the store, the manager tried to tell me that it was the colour of the hot and spicy marinade but as I have personally worked at KFC for 5 years being a cook and shift supervisor, I knew better.However it wasn’t the shift supervisors fault, they immediately need retraining to ensure there’s no food poisoning through their online modules and need better tips for their customer service.

Use to be a great location to stop and grab a meal. But after a horror meal and absolutely no attempt to contact me although head office said they would. I really recommend the kfc inside Orion or just eat elsewhere

Disappointing KFC . Got some kfc for dinner and chicken has no flavour just disgusting. Paying so much money for dinner but it's not worth it. Kfc is NO LONGER what it use to be in the 90s. Every kfc is not tasty and flavourful like it use to be. It's not worth the money. I don't think we are getting kfc anymore.

Was in there today 29th June at 15:30 and masks are mandatory as of 1 am this morning. Why is it the customers do the right thing and wear masks but the workers seem to be exempt??Wow! This KFC really needs a new crew or manager. Another night we waited over an hour in store as was told they were cooking fresh chicken..then was told after the hour there was no chicken!!! This is after we seen quite a few food delivery drivers come and go without a problem. No chicken pieces.. No tenders was only offered nuggets or burgers in which we do not eat. We were in the store before 7pm and left the store just after 8:30 pm!!! When i told them i want a refund the manager told me they weren’t able to refund me my $88-00!! They wondered why I got upset!!On 5/1/2023 I went through drive thru, got halfway home and looked at my order and they forgot to put in the Maxi Popcorn Chicken. I tried and tried to call them so they could have it ready when I went back so my food wouldn’t get too cold but it was responding like it was off. When i got there i told them i tried to call them and they said oh its not working tonight. I got home and my chips looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the barrel and they weren’t even half full. I have tried and tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but every single time i go there its either a VERY lengthy wait or they dont fulfill my order properly.It’s very disappointing service at this store which seriously needs a make over with fresh staff who actually know what they are doing and are capable of doing it. This KFC is the closest to me and I would actually like to go there without any dramas.
