TL;DR SmarterFolks is falsely advertising their BFT and Nice remote controls as genuine. I contacted the manufacturer who informed me they are selling cheap fake remote controls and that they have never done business with them.I purchased a remote control from SmarterFolks on eBay. The images that SmarterFolks advertise their BFT TX2 remote controls with, say they are 100% genuine. When I received the remote control it did not look the same as my sons remote and it did not work (copy codes) the same way as our original remote control does.My son and I sent photos of the remote control to BFT Automation, who replied (photo attached to email) saying that they have never done business with Smarter Folks and that the remote controls do not match theirs. BFT advised me that the remote controls I bought (again, their images say 100% genuine!") from SmarterFolks was a cheap Chinese fake. They would also not be able to warrant any products purchased from this company!SmarterFolks is blatantly falsely advertising their Nice and BFT remote controls as being genuine and since writing this review
