The good news:Sam the lawyer comes across as a very competent lawyer, excellent listener, established good rapport with me.The bad news:.Sam is overloaded with cases , overstretching herself and seems to rely on a paralegal. Hence I doubt she would be able to focus 100% on my complex case. She claimed it would be cheaper for me this way, however I made it clear I want best representation even if cost would obviously be higher.She hadn't read the documents beforehand.Meeting was scheduled for one hour, I made it clear after we reached the one hour mark I didn't want to go over it, however Sam stretched it to longer...Cost: $600

I used the experienced services of Sam and her team to support a family member through a long and difficult criminal case. This was made more complex as the person has a intellectual disability and found the police and legal system frightening. The outcome Sam and her team achieved on the case was successful as was the follow on Criminal Compensation Claim. At all times we felt supported and believed.
