Unprofessional, poor working conditions, low pay & treat perspective employees with little respect. My experience was unpleasant, I was humiliated, used & lied to by both an employee & a member of management. In my short time overseeing a possible employment opportunity, I was witness to clean sterile linen being delivered via truck, unloaded & soiled linen picked up & put into the same truck still fully loaded with clean linen. As more clean linen was offloaded, more soiled linen was placed into the truck until all 18 trolleys of clean had been delivered & 18 soiled linen was picked up.I was shocked & horrified that this practice was safe, logical or even allowed. Cross contamination in my opinion was highly possible & believed removal of soiled linen should be handled by a separate truck used specifically for soiled linen Only !!! Common sense however I was told this was common practice by spotless. Of the factory workers I interacted with, none seemed to be cheerful, smiling or happy to be working there.Having spoke my mind I did not receive an opportunity to work there & neither did I want one. This is the worst company I’ve ever been involved with, poor work ethic, poor people skills & not a place “Somersby ” or Company I would recommend anybody to become involved with.
