It's so lovely to be able to ride downtown and have a bike shop instead of having to drive to Bathurst!Dave was very helpful finding me suitable options for a number of things including front mudguard, knee pads, knicks that I could wear alone or under other pants and a tire repair kit. I appreciated Dave being focused on what would be best suited for what I needed and wanted rather than whatever would have cost the most which I feel represents true customer service.Tom was great at assembling everything onto my bike. All in all a great experience.

Great service. Renshaw's Bikes Lithgow were able to track down a rare part for our 20 year old Merida mountain bike and quickly carry out a full repair at a very reasonable cost. Couldn't be happier.

Renshaw's Bikes Lithgow
I visited Renshaw's Lithgow last week during a bikepacking race. The team had been following the race online and were expecting me. They took care of a broken spoke, gave me some space to repack and reset before I continued and genuinely couldn't have been more helpful or encouraging. Everyone else I spoke to that dropped in to Renshaw's had the same experience of a caring team that felt like your own support crew. I'll definitely be back.

Just picked up my Jam 69 EBike from the boys! Massive thank you to Brett, Tom and Dave.. I was originally looking in Sydney since I live lower mountains, but ended up buying at Lithgow due to the service I was provided.The boys are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They were happy to answer all my questions and made the transaction really easy!I highly recommend the team and Renshaws Lithgow if your looking for a new bike.Thanks again for the awesome experience!
