I signed a contract in this branch for 2 years, and I got 25 bills for 24 months. when I went to the branch and asked them to check in their system they refused and told me you have to pay the last bill, which was extra. I asked them several times to check in you computer and they refused and they behaved very unrespectful. Definitely this branch in Garden city shopping centre is one of the worth branches and never recommend them.Then, I went to Sunny Bank branch and they easily checked my account and they saw that I was right and optus released an extra bill, and they fixed it.

Really poor service. Waited 3 hours in the store to get NBN done. And made appointment for installation. Waited weeks. The technician are supposed to come today, waited whole morning, did not come. And then I contacted the Optus, they said the order was rejected because the order was put wrong. But I did not get any information like this before I made this phone call. So that means If I don’t make this phone call, the Optus won’t contact me and just let me wait. Don’t come to optus, otherwise all you feel is regret.

I wanted to get a better price on my internet and phone services. I was served by Gabe and he was extremely helpful and saved us some money. I have limited understanding of the internet and found him to be very helpful, friendly and not patronizing. Hang on to him Optus.

Was sat down with a customer service officer, sat waiting for him for 15 mins, to serve me , he got up walked away, took a break without saying anything, came back from his break then proceeded to serve another customer. All of the workers need sacking , especially the manager who is picking and choosing who gets served , not serving first in line, worst store ever , worst service , poor excuses. Advice to Optus , sack them allAdvice

Accompanied some friends to get some new phones. The young guy staff member couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.He went through everything with my friends regarding their plans and phone options. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Best service.
