Rick and Michael were amazing in helping me out with a smash to my front bumper.Got my car in and out in just under 3 weeks, which was extremely pleasing considering the amount of repair that needed to be done. Was even given a loan car which was super helpful.Rick kept me up to date throughout the 3 weeks and even called to let me know they needed an extra day to check the wheel alignment.My car has never looked this good, even when purchased! (Pre-owned)So very happy with their work, I'll definitely be back to them for any future repairs. Would give them an extra star if I could.This is how you do customer service.Update: Just had to go back this week 29/04/21 for a broken taillight. Not only did they beat every other quote that I had in parts and labour, but they remembered me! They were again super lovely and had my little red car back to normal super fast. From getting the quote to driving off with a fixed car and extremely happy took under 24 hours.The guys have outdone themselves again.11/10. Customer for life.

The service provided was very attentive, courteous, helpful and informative. The workmanship is of a very high standard at reasonable pricing. Overall I’m extremely happy with my transaction. The staff are very friendly and the quality of customer service was very high. All credit to them and especially Michael for keeping me Informed along the way and for fitting into my hectic schedule as well as providing a courtesy vehicle.

I've just collected my vehicle from Gosnells Smash Repairs and I'm more than satisfied with the results. The work was completed in less time than estimated, the estimate was very reasonable and best of all, they fixed some stone damage to the exterior and I wasn't charged for it. The staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the work. I intend to use their services again if needed and can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys are wonderful, honest and professional. From personal experience, they did the job well under the quote and only charged for the work they did. Most other places will charge you exactly (or over!) to the quote regardless. Saved ~$300 and couldn't be happier.

These guys were really helpful. Thanks to their advice, I managed to get a headlight for my very old car and they fitted it for me on the same day for a great price. So relieved to be safely back on the road and grateful to have found a place with such wonderful customer service.

I was initially referred to another panel beater by my insurance, but the place gave me impossible dates of assessment and the actual repair. I looked around, and I'm glad I found Gosnells Smash Repairs. My car got assessed on the same day I called for a quote; a week later, I got my car back, all fixed up and looking great! They even provided car hire for $11 per day to get me around while the car was getting fixed because I'm not fond of public transportation. Shout out to Michael and the other lady (sorry, I didn't get your name) whom I interacted with throughout the process—highly recommended!
