Undara Caravan Park

Great van park. Fire pits on most sites. Nice Pool not to far away. ! Power and water. Emus and birds. Beautiful place.! Live music and great dining/Bar behind reception. Really enjoyed our time here.

Great restaurant and bar area. Cafe basic, no cakes etc and only pod coffee, a surprise given the complex is so upmarket. Camp sites very basic though. I guess they don't have to worry too much as it is often booked out with campers wanting to see the lava tubes.

If your going to do the evening and morning tours suggest you stay at Undara caravan park. Good facilities, mostly open sites, many drive through, some back in, power and water or unpowered. Easy access to fuel and restaurant. Five minute walk from tour departure point. Book ahead. Sealed road all the way in. Cabin (carriage) and bush cabin accommodation too.

Great camp ground, good amenities, fresh water, campfires allowed, bush walks. Beautiful outback experience.

Must let everyone know, great campground, large spaces, bush environment that has restaurant and bar, bush brekkie, walks, tours, campfires, glamping options, cabins, great food, best staff. Very civilised bush experience. Will visit again and for longer next time.

Friendly, lovely place to stay, amenities great, the tours to the caves were wonderful. The bush walks soooo beautiful. The petrol price here is set by the fuel company, not the caravan park, so recommend visiting The Lynd Oasis to fuel on the way.

This place is fabulous. Privately owned but now managed by Discovery Parks since Jan 2022. A big selection of accommodation options with bar, restaurant, pool and the normal facilities offered by caravan parks. Spacious caravan sites with power and water to each. Also unpowered and camping/swag sites. The road in from Mount Surprise is sealed (what a bonus)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Undara caravan park and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The facilities were fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The open sites and beautiful surroundings really made me feel like I was at one with nature. The restaurant and bar located on the premises exceeded my culinary expectations and the live music was the cherry on top of an already wonderful evening. We have spent 2 nights at Undara in our caravan and have loved every moment. Our site is spacious and rarely level (for a bush camp).Our Lava Tubes tour today (with tour guide Sonya) was fantastic. Sonya was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We couldn't have imagined a better experience.Loved the wildlife and beautiful birdlife. It's all so naturally perfect.Thank you so much, it's been a wonderful experience staying here.
