My Violet come out from the shop looking beautiful and smell so nice. They use scissors not shaver. The staffs were friendly. Easy to get booking. I'd highly recommended!

The lovely team at Puppuccino did a fabulous job with my Siberian cat. He is quite scared of strangers and can be reactive but they kept him calm. Very happy with how relaxed he was when I picked him up, now fast asleep and not stressed at all. Great groom and service.

Mojo had his hair cut today and he looks adorable!! The owner was able to fit me in last minute and was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I’m really happy with how Mojo looks and will be returning here in the future :))

I've always had a good experience at Puppacino. The people who work there are lovely, and my dog always comes back smiling, and looking and smelling beautiful. The customer service I receive is also a 10/10 - there's no rush for me to come pick my dog up if I'm stuck in a meeting and the best part is that they have a big pen for the dogs to go in after they have been groomed rather than sitting in a tiny crate. Would definitely recommend!

My dog (Cavoodle puppy) gets so excited when I take him to Puppuccino; he just loves the people and getting to meet the other dogs. They are friendly and kind and always do an amazing job. Easy to book online which is great because I often only remember to book outside of business hours. Prices are really fair for the amount of work they do and I love being able to drop my dog off somewhere I know he'll be happy and that is very local to me.

Honestly, took my dog here maybe 3 times because everyone was booked each time. The first time they did a good job, the second time my dog got a rash from the shampoo they used and she was cut a little too short. Third time was appalling. They used gentle shampoo this time, however, I asked for a trim and they gave me back my dog fully shaved for ‘the hotter days’. It was disappointing to have my dog, who has a double coat and needs it to regulate body temperature, shaved rather than trim. Literally stated trim multiple times and she comes back as a rat dog. Don’t think I’m ever coming back.

I’ve had my two schnauzers done many times by Puppachino & have been very happy. Everyone is kind & gentle & engaged. Communication is good & the girls look great.

Our fur baby has been groomed at Puppuccino for over 2 years. The staff are friendly, accommodating and grooming skills are very good . Highly recommended this establishment.
