Prime Nails Sunshine

I had my nails done by a wonderful lady named Hoa.I was serviced with kindness and I was happy with the end result of my nails.The employees ensured that every one had somewhere to sit when they were coming in to get their names done.

Professionalism and customer service was questionable.I guess it was my mistake to go in when there were no clients in the store... but does that mean staff getting their nails done also?The two ladies that were in store, one clearly getting her nails removed and the other providing her the service.As soon as i sat down for a removal and manicure the conversation with me ended and their own private conversation was at full force.Another lady came in for a similar service, and the same lack of attention was given.No information of what gel remover they used on me was given, even when it was tingling.Removal is the only reason for the 2 stars.Soaking my hands in room temp water for max 10 seconds before wanting the hand and to soak the other.No shaping of the nails (..in a manicure) and the lady who was doing my nails didnt even file appropriately, the file was loosing connection and filing my skin or my hand as it was lightly swung from side to side.Nails have no shape, wasnt even asked and clearly some dry skin is still visible.Little cuticle oil applied and a single pump of moisturiser for both hands that were pretty much just wiped over the top of my hands.When getting up to pay, the 2nd lady - who originally asked what id like then asked if i wanted to get a pedicure too.... an upsell after ignoring or engaing in conversation/any communication. no thanksWhen paying, the lady's only word to me was cash?"$30 + $1 for eft surcharge that was mentioned to me after i had paid.Do not recommend.I shouldn't have to pay for a service just to complete what should have been done in the first place."

I had an appointment booked for 5:30pm but waited over an hour. They kept pushing what was easy for them and did not listen. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Place looks nice and although I would never step back in there my nails were nice.

The service here exceeds expectations, Hoa and Julie both did my nails and my friends and it was perfect. Very friendly, had abit of laugh and good conversation. I recommend this place. I found the place that I will be doing my nails at with an easy mind. Thank you Prime Nails Sunshine marketplace ♥️

I had my nails done by Hoa, and I love it. I reached the salon about half an hour before they closed but Hoa accommodated to my last minute appointment and did my nails with the same level of patience and professionalism. She double and then triple checked to make sure the nails were filed and shaped uniformly and that everything was perfect before she let me leave the door.Thank you so much Hoa, for doing my nails so pretty and sorry once again for making you stay back past your work hours. Will be back to look for you soon! ❤️

Have been getting my nails done here for a few months now. Highly recommend, staff are friendly, service is great

The most lovely experience I've had. So friendly staff. Listens to what I wanted. Made conversation and didn't leave customers out when speaking own language. Very kind and warming atmosphere. My favourite go to nail place. Not thick and bulky nails but natural looking. Well done ladies needed a good nail salon in this centre. Thank you so much xxxx

I understand that it’s busy and they have few staff, but with what we pay, at least level/polish the nails. toenails were not clipped evenly (big toenail is curved downward and not level with the opposite big toenail) and I even pointed it out but she was rushing to accommodate the next customer that she was hurrying me to vacate my chair. Lotion was applied but not even smoothed. it was a rushed job and for what I paid, I’m definitely dissatisfied. Terrible service for the price I paid for pedicure. Go somewhere else.
