I would highly recommending Francis Family Law and Sybilla Francis as a Lawyer. I have on a couple of occasions, required legal assistance and I would not hesitate to go back to Frances Family Law. Sybilla is professional, offering realistic guidance and sound advice, she provides very open and honest communication and is genuinely empathetic and supportive.

Sybilla has a pleasant demeanour but was found to poorly follow instructions, failure to prepare properly, inadequate negotiation and success skills with the other sides, poor in court performance before the judge and inaccurate advices given to us. Many thousands of dollars were wasted on fees by us and wasted with third parties costs. It was only when this firm was sacked and I self acted that I got both the correct and most financially benefiting outcome and wrapped the matter up to a very happy resolution. Would never use this firm for any matter on costs nor professional advice merits
