A very responsive and professional team. It took less than a month from first contact to install. The team was very communicative, helpful, and flexible throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I initially gave the company a 2 star rating due to the issue raised below. The owner, John, rang me shortly after posting this and apologized for the situation and reimbursed me the cost of the materials, which I was satisfied with. He assured me that he no longer uses sub- contractors for installation work, which was the cause of my issue. As I stated in my comments below, their promptness and service were very good.The company installed our split air conditioning system on 23 February 2018 and have also maintained it since that date.They provided a very competitive quote which is why I chose them. Their promptness and installation service was very good, even though they originally mis-wired our 3 multi-head unit, so it didn't work properly for a month or so after installation.I was concerned when I went onto the roof months after the installation, to paint the house, and noticed that they did not use a conduit pipe cover to protect the over the rooftop AC piping and electrical wiring to 2 of the AC heads located on the other side of our house. I thought that they knew what they were doing with respect to UV resilience, so didn't raise it with them.Some months ago I noticed, with the help a drone, that virtually all of the AC pipe insulation was gone (see photo). Fortunately the electrical conduit was still in good condition. Much of the insulation has landed on our front lawn with each strong wind.I sent the company an email on 10 March 2023 pointing out this issue and asking them for a quote to fix it, as at 68yo, I prefer not to go onto our roof to fix it myself. No response!Fortunately our son came over for Easter and we both fixed the problem ourselves. I did enjoy the roof top views with our son but was very disappointed by the poor initial installation and their nil response to my email. A big thank you to the team at JJ. Danny was easy to deal with and didn't muck about. His installers came out and installed a split system in a small shop on the 23rd of December. The boys were clean, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Honest and genuine company to deal with. They fitted an air conditioner at my elderly parents home. They made the whole process easy and ensured my parents were at ease through the process.

This company installed the ducted air conditioner in my apartment without connecting it to a vent for the system to intake air. They came back to install a small vent and damaged my floor in the process when a panel from the ceiling was dropped on it. When I raised this, they denied it ever happened.I have since had the unit inspected by another company who said that the vent added is not big enough and this will significantly reduce the usable life of the air conditioner. They have also been very rude throughout this process.

Have used J&J Metro a few times now, always good value and service.
