I recently needed to have a large number of different investigations done in a short time frame. I live a distance away from major centres so needed to co ordinate these to have as many done at one time as possible. I anticipated that that I would need several trips to have them all. From the time of my initial booking call I received the utmost consideration and staff attempted at all times to make this experience as stress free as possible. I have had many medical images done at HIG, in particular East Maitland and Tuggerah, and every time the staff have been very welcoming, professional, and happy to explain all the procedures. The facilities are modern and clean. Will always use HIG for my imaging.

Drove an hour to an appointment I waited 2 weeks for, only for them to say they couldn’t do it on weekends and had to book 2 weeks later. Now waited a month.

Wife has had an ultrasound here and husband still hasn't been able to see ultrasound photos due to work commitments leading up to xmas. Mother in law has had to take my wife to appointments and the lady in reception would not send photos of ultrasound to mother in laws phone. Cannot send to wife's phone as it's currently on a Filipino sim. Would not send to husband's phone?! Don't know if I'll see my daughter before she is even born will have to take a sickday from work because people are incompetent at what they do... very bad customer service from lady at reception
