iBrow Station

I have been a regular customer of I Brow station for few years now. The team have been amazing and well mannered since I know them. I am very happy to recommend the service to anyone except the odd experience I had today with one of the girls at Charlestown. The one who did mine ( looked senior) was absolutely arrogant compared to the other who was nice and greeted me with a smile. She had no manners and started doing work very carelessly. There was no other customer around and still she looked very much in hurry. Threading very fast and careless, she pulled out extra hair and left my eyebrows thinner than I wanted and with gaps. When I indicated the same politely she didn’t even apologise instead started arguing like she didn’t make any mistakes. I went there with a better one and came back with my left brow having couple of gaps. Usually the girls are really good and make sure I’m satisfied. This girl is definitely a shame to the team.

I love coming to iBrow Station in Charlestown as they are always friendly and do an amazing job at making my brows look fabulous! My eyebrows recently were done by Anna, Anna had amazing customer service, made sure my eyebrows were up to my standards and made me feel so welcome! She was so kind and gentle while doing my brows and did such a wonderful job and even convinced me to try henna brows, which I am absolutely in love with now!!! Thank you Anna for making me feel beautiful and chatting with me! I will definitely be coming back while Anna is working because her work is magic!!! Thank you iBrow station! <3 <3 <3

I had my eyebrows henna tattooed and my eyebrows threaded and a chunk of my eyebrow is missing also i asked for black henna and its now orange on my skin so brown was used. I also had the dye all over my forehead I didn't notice till i got home because my eyes are super sensitive and water lots when i get these services done so i didn't get to see properly. I paid $55 for this and I'm not happy, I have been going here for a while now but I'm really turned off!

took 3 hours to do my lashes and it’s not what i asked for there is lash glue stuck on my eyelids and they are all patchy, please do not go here whatever you do

Lovely girl on today! All on her own… very busy but she stayed calm. Very professional! Greeted everyone and just kindly asked them to come back in 15 min.Very happy with my brows! Work a little wait ☺️

The appointment took over 3 hours the person doing the job obviously had no idea what they were doing and someone else had to take over. My daughter left in tear, there were huge gaps in her eyelashes, eyelashes stuck to her hair and face and all clumped together… absolutely shocking service, definitely would not recommend or ever go back!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT TO REDEEM THEMSELVES AND AM SO DISAPPOINTED !I am a qualified beauty therapist so this is coming from a professional view.I got a lash lift which I’ve had multiple before and it looks like nothing was done and paid $75I got a girl who was learning as she wrote my name down on a list after and took before and after photos. ( did not get told this to see if I was okay with that)(you should always notify a client when a worker is training and doing work on them. )When I put my complaint forward they advised to come back to fix on Thursday 4 days later - this will burn your lashes and ruin them so I declined and asked for a refund they told me no only a voucher I explained I don’t trust their company anymore and I only went there for lashes as the rest I can do myself so it’s useless to me. I then sent photos as I wasn’t lying so had nothing to hide and was told I would hear back between 24 to 48 hours and that was on Saturday and this is now Wednesday the following week so I’m so disappointed in this.This is very poor management and customer service shows they don’t care about customers at all.I’m also going to be calling fair work tomorrow to find out my next steps so this doesn’t happen to someone else.My photo I’ve attached is with mascara on aswell **

It was a very bad experience today, Thursday 6/22/2023 in kotara , and she hurt me, and the employee was very unkind
