Russel Klein is unethical as they come. Doesn't pay staff or contractors and has brought clients to tears with his poor attitude. Check glass door for reviews of his behaviour. There are plenty of other manufacturers that palm off cheap Chinese made products as custom if that's what you're after instead of vessel.
