Fantastic property management service. If you have a property to let out, I would fully recommend them. Louis has been very professional in dealing with the existing tenants whom we had some issues and they were finishing of their lease. He's always contactable if you have any concerns.

Applied for a rental property online and very quickly we were offered an inspection the following day, which we agreed to do. The following day we received no communication about the inspection time and almost a week passed by the time we were able to speak with the agent again. At this point, we were advised the property had been leased to other tenants. Clearly the agent changed her mind on us, so be it, but a little communication goes a long way, especially since we were evidently good enough to be offered an inspection. Although, the offer for inspection happened so quickly we questioned whether she had actually read our application. Agents need to stop playing these stupid games with potential tenants. Ghosting is not professional.
