Wattle Butchery
As grey nomads it is always a challenge choosing a good butcher (like the one at home). This shop had THE BEST rissoles! Such a simple thing but flavoursome and fresh. Thank you for your product and patient service. Highly recommended.

Wattle Butchery
On a re ent trip to Cootamundra I saw some Christmas hams in the shop and decided to buy 2 and hope they were good ones. We carved the hams yesterday for Christmas lunch and I have to say it’s the best ham I have tasted in years. Nice and moist and nicely smoked, we will be returning from south coast nsw again next Christmas.
