After trekking over the Nullarbor and stopping overnight, thought the family would enjoy McDonalds for breakfast. $70 later.. Wife had hotcakes. Part way through she flipped one over and discovered blue plastic. Thought it might have been a glove. Took it to the manager who dismissed it as part of the packaging they come in. Said I'd like a replacement. He dropped one new one directly on top of the existing half eaten ones and passed it back.Absolutely no clue. Attempting to explain why his approach was poor was further wasted time.

This place has to be the most filthiest McDonald’s I have been to in my life . It wasn’t even busy and staff were just talking and not working. Whole place was a shambles . Don’t eat here

Requested a cup of ice with my hash brown (as I am 8 months pregnant and very nauseous) and the young gentlemen, despite understanding how pregnant I am refused to give us ice? Seemed pretty petty as we drove up the road to Subway and had no problem receiving much better customer service.

Ordered hot chocolate drink and it tasted like water with a dash of milk. They tried to tell me they have 2 cafés and the one in store was shut so used drive thru one. I got a refund and will make my own with water and milk for a fraction of the price.Very poor of McDonald’s and I can’t give them a zero as there’s no option

The burger looked nothing like the picture of the one I ordered. Very sad looking. Half the size & there were no vibrant colours. Certainly not very appetising.

Some staff are a delight, some kinda hate their job and you can tell. Almost never get what we pay for the first time around. Literally just took a patty out of someone else's burger to put in ours because they forgot one.

This Maccas was on! This would be 5 separate 5 stars from each of us, but I’ll do it one. Everything is superb!The place is clean, but firstly, my meal came out so quick I didn’t believe it, I had to check my number. The chips were perfectly, golden, crispy and salted. The burgers were juicy, the buns so fresh it almost felt steamed. From 34yo down to my 6yo nephews, are enjoying our Maccas meal this Good Friday (we’re visiting and found it hard to find a good place to have dinner - Maccas saved the evening).What topped it off though, was when an aboriginal woman dropped her food on the floor as she was leaving. The staff came over, took care of her and cooked her a fresh meal, hot chips and helped her to her car.These guys are on point tonight, thanks for helping us have a great night after 8hrs travel. You guys are legends!

Waited a long time to be served, they could even say good morning, and when I got my meal, I think Mc Donalds, are making the burgers smaller, but charging the same price.Wasn't overly impressed.
