They COMPLETELY fixed my bad pregnancy hip pain in two sessions!! Worth every penny as I was able to love the rest of my pregnancy, sleep well and thrive physically!Plus the girls are so lovely and also gave me amazing general advice for pregnancy, birth and postpartum life!

The staff couple absolute professionalism with fun. Whether it is a Myo session or Pilates class they have you covered. They have made a huge difference in my life. My body works again!!! The Pilates classes are awesome. Thank you so much Gracia and team.

The team at Casey Myo and Health are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure they know your health goals and limitations and work with you to be your best self. The Pilates classes are held in a calm and welcoming space and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I have been to other clinics before but have never seen these results, my body is strong and my ailments are not holding me back any more.

Honestly recommend CMH! The girls are absolutely lovely, they make you feel like part of the family. I’m the type to be really picky over the places I join and I’m so glad and grateful I did. Gracia and the team always go above and beyond for each member even though it’s already perfect! So far I’ve had amazing classes with Gracia, Haydie and Alex and can not fault them at all!Not only do you get that family feel and make new friends, my body feels amazing and I can now touch my toes!! If you’re thinking of join, DO IT !!
