I found the service given by Amity Conveyancing to be very professional. Easy to communicate with and I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process of the sale. Any questions I had were answered in full in laymen terms, not legal jargon. I have used Amity Conveyancing now on 3 occasions, and every time at completion of the sale/buy, I felt glad I used them. Altgough I live approx 1hr drive (75klm) from Amity, distance is not a reason to engage another conveyancer when I know the service I get is nothing but perfect.I would definitely use and recommend Amity Conveyancing to family or friends if they are ever in need is this type of service.

I recently used Amity Conveyancing for doing the legal paperwork on a property I was buying. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working during the process. Katherine was so thorough in explaining the section 32 to me, highlighting some important information, and having the contract changed for a few items in my favour. Buying and selling is very stressful at tbe best of tines but I was put at ease knowing that my Interests were well taken care of.
