I ordered for a Meatball Melt-Subway Footlong. When I came home and opened my sandwich, there were no meatballs. I returned to the store to complain. The girl who served me insisted that she asked me twice if I wanted only vegetables. Why would I order a Meatball Melt if I did not want the meatballs? I thought it was silly of her to ask that question in the first place. If I had answered yes to her questions, it probably was because I thought she was asking the standard question asking the customers if they want ‘all the’ vegetables added to the sandwich ordered. Oh my! She added the meatballs to my sandwich and charged me additional $2.60.

Wrong order I asked for a meatball sub and got the complete opposite couldn’t understand anything they were saying and charged us extra money strongly dislike and strongly avoid going there service was horrible

Ordered a meatball salad bowl last night through Uber.. enjoyed every bite! Was the best meal I’ve had in a while. Hats off to you Subway. Was amazing.

Tables are not cleaned properly. Bin was full, it looks untidy. I requested them to put extra lettuce, staff looked me like i asked something big thing from them instead he put very less lettuce ( less than their standard quantity ) I know there is shortage of lettuce but its restaurant problem, they should reduce price of product or look alternative for the lettuce. Overall experience was bad, hope they will improve their product as well as service. Staff must be trained properly.

Never again.Rude staff - If you speak to customers like robots and not in full sentences then smile at us in a rude way because we are confused, then how are suppose to understand you ?When serving customers speak English amongst staff. This is Australia not New Delhi.During being served the owner walked in to the back room with a can of Mortein. I'm assuming they are cutting corners on proper pest control which makes me question the cleanliness out the back.Also whilst being served the staff member making my sandwich coughed and this was aimed at my food. Either wear masks or turnaround and cough if you have to.When i want my sandwich toasted i expect it toasted. Don't open the door on the toaster or microwave 10 seconds early because you're in a rush.While starting my food and reading other reviews about food poisoning I ended up chucking my food out.Never again. You owe me $12.90

Order two 12in subs both buffalo chicken. One for me and my wife last night around 8:15-8:20pmWe both received FOOD POISONING from this Subway late last night and today. (Confirmed by doctors)This Subway needs a health inspection done ASAP.Staff also do not listen to you and have to repeat yourself 5 times for your order.Would not recommend at all...

I ordered garlic and herb toastie. It was stale and unfresh. I am sure it was not freshly baked bread.
