Was having a really hard time for 2 weeks locating my package until I found it was forwarded to a 3rd party company - Quinns. I phoned and within minutes, I knew where my package was, it had just arrived that morning after being passed around warehouses and it was on the next overnight freight. He was so helpful. He kept us up to date and text us the address to pick it up at the warehouse at a specific time. It all went so smoothly. Thanks
