This Company is very professional. I had a car transported from Wollongong to the Mid North Coast. I had just purchased this car so I was extremely anxious about paying for something and then having it delivered. Poor Kim, had to put up with so many emails and live chats from me. However, she was so supportive through the whole process and re assured me until job completion. The driver was also really positive and professional. Recommend Australia wide.

Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!! . Brand new caravan didn't arrive on the advised day or the next day. Door to Door don't know where it is. Tell me they're waiting for two days for the driver to reply. Don't respond to two messages then just don't even answer the phone. Only by going back through the dealer did I even get a reply - by text. it's still in the depot! hasn't shipped at all!But its not over....we'll advise you the new arrival date they say. Didn't advise anything. We'll get back to you with an update. Takes all day to get the update: Evidently the truck is broken down and we'll update you again in two days. I request the van be returned to the dealer immediately. No communication on that either.Next call is to the Police. I'll continue to post updates with how I go.

Booked a classic car to be moved from Melbourne to Adelaide. Placed booking Friday morning, car was picked up the same day and arrived in Adelaide by the following Tuesday with no issues. Emails promptly answered and good pricing.

Avoid. Now that I have finally received my refund thanks to the QLD Office of Fair Trading, I can tell my story. In short, my car was booked to be collected but was never picked up. I received almost no contact from the company and had to call them multiple times to chase them. I was given various excuses like “the driver quit without notice”. I was offered no alternatives, no other pick up day and no apology at all. I never received even a “sorry” despite taking the day off and waiting all day for the truck to arrive. Bad but not horrible you might say. It gets worse. After my car was not collected I had to fight for my money to be refunded. All of my emails were ignored or passed to the “accounting department” and I sent many. Finally, the QLD Office of Fair Trading contacted the company on my behalf and they refunded me immediately claiming the lack of the refund was an “oversight”. Not sure how they “oversighted” all my emails, including the ones the admin assistant responded too saying my refund had been passed to accounting. You have been warned! I strongly recommend staying well away.
