I bought two Head Squash rackets from this store and it cost $288. After that, I found that Rebel have some one and they give u a racket bag for free. However, I did not get anything from this store.I will shopping in Rebel next time.

Purchased an electric scooter here just before Christmas, it was advertised as being tubeless, great, that's exactly what I wanted, 1550$ it cost, rode it once tyre got punctured, complained to store manager told they would contact me, but told them I am in kununurra wa, haven't heard from them since, scooter still unable totubeless, which is actually false advertising be used!!!! Oh and the advertised scooter was not actually tubeless as they had advertised.still waiting.............

Poor range, poor sizing avaliability.The shop had random clothes on the wrong racks, clothes off hangers sitting around.After being in the store for 20 minutes, I had still not been offered any help, or seen to by a service person, no it was not busy, and they weren't helping other customers.When I approached a team member to try on an item, herself and the other staff member she was talking to, walked away from me.I purchased reluctantly, as I don't have time to drive to other stores...And when it came to checking out the customer service was appalling.Next time I'll just drive to Jape and go to Rebel.

Great range for a beaut price. The staff are young but very knowledgeable and don't stand around talking to each other like other Darwin stores. This is my go to sports store because they never fail to impress.

I don’t care to hear the staff talking to their colleagues about how drunk they are going to get with a girl that night while I’m waiting 15 minutes to be served.There was about 1 person per customer in the store but the staff were more interested in themselves than their customers.The person we spoke to wasn’t interested in helping us, her attitude made it feel like she found us as a distraction from talking to her friends in the store. She was going to ask us to drive to Palmerston (30mins away) to get a single pair of shoes.I can assure you we won’t be back.

I experienced the best customer service I've ever had. I don't know the young guys name, but he's 6ft1 and 25 years old. He was exceptional and spent so much time with me and helped in every aspect of my queries and questions and with sizing etc. He wasn't pushy or the typical salesman, but was polite, friendly, helpful and courteous. I had an amazing experience and will return again.
