Bhuwan is incredibly knowledgeable and a confident trainer. Personally, I have found the SC level 2 training very informative and enriching. However, the content of presentation will make more sense to the participants if they attend the SC level 1 first and followed by SC level 2. I am grateful to Supports In Sync for the opportunity.

Bhuwan is a great trainer who presents the various trainings in a succinct manner that is highly pertinent to obtaining clarity and understanding of the subject.There is a well balanced mixture of 'listen and do' that allows for both comprehension and retainment.It is clear from Bhuwan's confidence that he has a solid knowledge base obtained from both his education and work in the industry over many years.

I attended NDIS foundation and fundamental & Support Coordination training in February. Both the training were informative and resourceful. Trainer Bhuwan has lots of understanding and knowledge of his job. I will suggest current and new support worker who are willing to grow in field to attend this training, you may or may not land a SC, LAC and other role but I can say, you will have lot of confident in talking about NDIS and its terms in interview. I got SC job because of both of the training, Thank you Bhuwan☺️☺️☺️

Took one day support fundamentals and support coordination training with Bhuwan . I must say he is an excellent presenter and knowledgeable person. Explaining complex sentences using simple words and detailing are his strong points. Real life case scenario examples and frequent knowledge check during training time made the training more interesting. I highly recommend his training for those who are looking their career in disability sector in Australia.

We have provided accommodation for this business in Baldivis. They never paid for damages caused by their vandalising client, refused to help with antisocial behaviour of their clients, hiding from phone calls and request for help with their clients, terribly dissapointing behaviour by Bhuwan,shame on you !!!!!!
