Worst customer service ever. Complete rip off. Please refrain from visiting this store. Tried to return an item accidently purchased within an hour from a regular customer and was refused a return. Will stop visiting this store again.

The owner is very rude and arrogant. Worst customer experience ever, not going there again. They gave us a faulty jewel and deceived us. They haven't allowed us to wear it when we purchase since they know already that is a faulty item and they were intent on selling it somehow. when we arrived home in Canberra only we got to know that we were deceived by the shop owner and then we called immediately and said that you gave us the faulty item need to be exchanged. they strictly said even that is a faulty item, no return, and no exchange. The same happens to my friend as well. Never ever go to that shop.

This is shop has an amazing collection of indian clothing at really reasonable prices. I came in last minute looking for a Deepavali outfit and was given excellent friendly service and managed to find a whole outfit for myself & my children very quickly.

Excellent customer service. Purchased a very nice pink lehenga from them. A male and a female staff took their time to show matching accessories for the purchased item and made my life a lot easier. So beautiful Lehenga for my daughter and very reasonable price. Pretty impressed with the collection and the service. :)

We went to the shop today looking for a blouse. This shop was highly recommended by my cousins. This was my first time at this shop, and I was impressed by the collection of Indian dress. But that won't make up for the blunt NO from the guy who was in the shop.
