The male cashier working there was so rude and he seems like someone who is very arrogant, thinks he is better than everyone else and loves to judge people. I was going to pay for my item but I waited for my family member to come with me as I didn't want to leave them behind and I got laughed at by the cashier for doing that. Really bad memory and made me so uncomfortable. Worst visit out of the so many times I visited. Horrible and disgusting. He acted as though he owned H&M and not just an employee.

Good range, friendly staffa and fast checkout

Large H&M store over two levels. Men's wear, women's wear, children's wear and home wares. Great range at great prices. Recommend shopping here for work wear, casual wear and semi-formal. Didn't have to wait long to be served either as this store is much quieter than the one at Chadstone.

Good variety of clothing, well priced, friendly staff. Some staff could be a little more helpful though.It is clean & has good sized changing rooms. Their stock changes often with good sales you can really bag a bargain at. Always go with a little higher budget than anticipated as you'll probably find yourself snapping up good quality clothing at a competitive price that doesn't look exactly the same as other chain stores but has a small twist of flare to maintain originality and stay current. I always enjoy shopping here & am happy with how full my bags are compared with what I spend! The quality is also good and even my 4 year old sons clothing lasts well from this retailer! I'd say I like 75% of what they sell which is a high rate for one shop in my books. Enjoy!
