I contacted Xtreme cleaning and went through everything I wanted done before my partner and I came back from our trip. I wanted the house rofessuonally cleaned as a gift to my partner for her 30th birthday. One thing I outlined was the kitchen, countertops, stove top, drawers, cupboards etc. I receive a qoute which specifically lists kitchen and agree to it and pay the price in full which I regret.The kitchen was untouched and when I asked why they weren't done it was explained that there hours are only my so long on a Sunday (not that I requested a Sunday they had arpund two whole weeks to choose from) and that if I wanted the kitchen done I could pay them to come again. I argued back and forth about what a qoute means until they begrudgenly agreed to come back as per the qoute only to cancel the say before saying there isn't enough money in it. I would of paid anything they asked for in the initial qoute because I just wanted it done but now it's my problem they misquoted?XTREME CLEANER WILL NOT HONOUR ANY KIND OF QOUTE

Annabelle was very good with communication and texted me when on her way as I requested. She and her colleague did a good job on our apartment.She asked for payment up front, but I understand why. I would use their services again.

Very unprofessional service and not worth the value.Annabelle requested payment in full in advance and promised she will arrive on time. We agreed on the time and once we made the payment she immediately told us she can not be their as promised and she was more than 2 hrs late. We have to compensate the tenants and explain to them why cleaner is late. Tenants was complaining about incomplete cleaning e.g. lipstick on cup, dirty oven and cupboard, cockroach…When we told her she did not apologise , go back to finish the job or provide any refund.Annabelle increase the cleaning price twice and put extra charges without our consent. We requested for official invoices for extra laundry charges - she did not provide any but still insist to charge us.

Xtreme cleaners was recommended by our real estate agent for an end of lease clean and we were very happy with the service provided. So happy that we asked if Annabelle could continue on a weekly basis for our new house. That was 2 years ago and she has provided a stable weekly service since then. She is very flexible with timing when we have had to rearrange due to sick kids, holidays, and the like. She is considerate and keeps a close eye to ensure all of her employees maintain her high standard of cleaning. We are very happy with her work. I have recommended her to neighbors and friends.

We have used Annabelle for a couple of months now and we have always found her very thorough and courteous. She is punctual and does a great job cleaning our house. After working all week it’s great to come home to a lovely clean house. Thanks Annabelle
