After years of procrastination, we finally bought and installed the reverse osmosis undersink system, supplied to us by Psi Water Filters. We also purchased a Nova 3 way flick mixer, made with guaranteed lead -free brass. Well, what a difference! The water is utterly superb.It is a pleasure to see it boil in the glass kettle, so completely clear. I had been a little apprehensive installing the faucet, having to also remove the relatively new German gooseneck tap.Callum talked me through the process as I progressed and left me confident after each call. The installation is actually very simple. It has been almost a week now without our old gravity system taking up valuable cupboard top space and someone always having to fill it as well, as it was always running out. Now we do absolutely nothing but enjoy beautiful, crystal clear water, slightly alkalised, from a kitchen 3 way tap that is so convenient, I am still chuckling to myself each time I use it. Why did we wait so long? Psi is a premium water filtration company, using only the very best components, to deliver exactly what they are supposed to. Callum and the team are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. What more could you ask for? Thank you for the best water we have ever had.

We bought a whole house filter system from PSI this year and the service, advice and delivery were second to none. We live in Far North Queensland and yet the shipping took no time at all and the advice we received to make the selection on the system was personal and detailed. We just ordered some replacement filter cartridges this week and the guys there called us to see if we wanted express postage and then made sure it made it out the door that same afternoon. Amazing customer service - highly recommend.
