The most rudest phone call I have ever had. Patrick wouldn't let me tell in a nut shell what my problem was, kept asking questions that had no relevance to my situation. He was so patronising telling me that he knows all and I know nothing so that's why I called. Kept making reference to feudal law and telling me I'll get no where in life because I wouldn't listen while yelling over me the whole time then saying I was bullying him.

Like the other reviews,the guy on the phone was very patronising and arrogant.total waste of time.

The person I spoke to was extremely rude and incredibly patronising. He constantly spoke over me and would not let me express the reason for my call - then had the audacity to tell me that I was 'irritating' and 'going around in circles'. His service (or lack there of) was insulting and belittling. He neglected to listen to me and even answered his mobile while I was trying to explain my situation, then suggested that I was witholding information that I had actually provided (had he listened!). Appalling treatment!! If you are in need of legal advice, I really recommend you DO NOT ring this 'community centre' unless you want to speak to someone who is more concerned with pontificating and arrogantly flouting their supposed legal importance. Fairwork Australia - you really need to reconsider referring anyone to this reprehensible service!

They dont even answer their phone!!!!! If they're busy they should have an answer machine message ir something. I'm calling cos I'm in a very stressful situation. At least answer!

Lord have mercy. who the hell answer your phone. The entire conversation he was going off topic. Any sentences I made he kept correcting my english. I Tried my hardest to be polite and listen to him ramble for over 1h 30 min. I wasn’t even seeking legal advice but was trying to see if i could complete my practical legal training with their organisation.I ended up hanging up and couldn't believe what had happened.

Absolutely horrible service. The gentleman who answered my call was completely patronizing and refused to even give me his name or put me on with someone else as he continued to insult me before even hearing about the issue I was calling about in relation to workplace harassment. Just disgusting.
