Nick Scali is the worst company I have ever seen. We bought a L shape lounge from them. The delivery men brought one part of the lounge (2seat) in our unit and left the other part (3seat) in our carpark, because it didn't fit in the lift. Having looked at the lounge, I noticed that one part was broken. I called nickscali for several days and asked to take the lounge back and refund me. They didn't care about the issue which they made for me. I even wanted to talk to the manager, the staff didn't put me through. According to Fair trading, it is the customer right to request refund if they receive a broken and faulty product. I emailed them again and again and attached the Fair trading customer guarantee, didn't receive any follow up. I will contact Fair trading. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there. What a shame for this irresponsible company and it's staff.

I received a faulty province dinning table, not safe to be at home for me and requested to have it returned. However despite multiple phone calls and promised return call. I have not received any phone call and able to escalate it to anyone. It has been a very frustrating experience. Service number MY36558S. Apparently with escalation team who obviously not working as three times called and left follow up, no one is working. Still waiting . Really poor customer service , I wish I could give a minor point.

False advertising in sales tactics informing us that there would be a price rise on Sunday if we did not buy before the week ends. Later did we find out that the price didn’t rise but actually dropped. As we know you run promotions from time to time it is impossible to know when one promotion will end and a new one starts (we understand this) However to state to us that it is going to rise in price is misleading and in fact illegal!Then our couch got delivered after we took a day off work for the delivery. The manager said there was nothing he could do (Helensvale store) staff told us they deliver to Brisbane on Saturdays but not Gold Coast! Why should we have to take another day off work for their stuff up!! They should deliver on Saturday for stuffing up the first delivery!They wouldn’t even allow us to get the couch our self on Saturday! They said only Monday to Thursday! Not very accomodating!As I clean couches professionally on the Gold Coast 3-5 per day! I will be sure to let all customers know to never purchase from Nick Scali! If I can let 1000 people know per year then they can spread the word also!

Buyer beware- great sales people but after care is terrible. Failed delivery service. Nick Scali only offer delivery at an exorbitant $270 to Sydney metro which was supposed to include installation. No installation happened, just damaged unsightly boxes left, unusable furniture and we couldn't check the goods. Chasing up customer service now. Spent $5000+ and disappointment. Will not return as a customer and certainly will not recommend to anyone. Just like the others, I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Purchased from a clearance outlet and was forced to pay for delivery despite having the means to pick up ourselves. Head office could not care less, and made no effort to help me in any way. Left a bad taste in our mouth from the whole experience, and would not buy from again.

Very disappointed with the service I received..I called to speak to Ara and the gentleman I spoke to was totally disinterested and questioned me extensively as to why I needed to speak to him. He told me that Ara was probably on a break (he was in fact located at another store) and that he would pass on the message (which he never did!!)When I saw Ara he was most apologetic and super helpful as was Chris. High 5 to the team at Castle Hill Nick Scali ⭐⭐

As a shareholder of Nick Scali I read the reviews of Nick Scali with great concern. Besides many tales of shoddy service the online response to the reviews is very poor. Resend all your details to hello@ nickscali. Strikes me as uncaring. A customer who has repeatedly tried to contact the store without service now has to make the effort to resend all the details to a generic email address. Judging by the online feedback no response to the email will be forthcoming. The feedback should be taken far more seriously. The feedback makes Telstra look good.

Update 11/1/2023…. Now The Tazio replacement lounge is 16 weeks and not yet arrived. This is so frustrating. Calls and emails result in nothing, just fake offers to follow-up with Escalation Manager or Service Manager but nobody calls and no other responses. I can’t tell you how much time I have wasted on this. I am so over it, I want to free myself from Nick Scali and want a full refund!! Nobody is helping me. Currently have a broken lounge that needs to be removed and replacement was meant to have arrived mid December I was advised.————After 5 months of waiting for my Tazio couch which has a RRP of $10,880 I like many have been totally let down and I had requested an upgrade paid extra and item was delivered damaged. The box frame is so cheap quality and support frame all broken. The escalation team do not respond to SMS or Email or Phone messages, always in a meeting. 5 days since delivery and nobody has called or responded to my SMS/Messages left with customer support. How on earth can this company think this is ok???? I will never recommend them to anybody and will now seek a refund plus additional costs. It is not worth waiting another 5 months for such a poor quality sofa. I would have been better off going to the high level other furniture stores for the same cost. Nic Scali should be ashamed at their poor quality of service and furniture construction ripping ppl off of their hard earned money. The Manila accented team also are merely note takers, you cannot ever get to speak to the one in charge or leader. What on earth????

I wish I could give a ZERO star for this company. A faulty product that I received, and could not be returned. And company trying to blame the customer broken it. I have lodged to fair trading to claim my consumer rights. DO NOT buy any product from this company. Received a province dining table that is faulty and do not feel safe to keep at home. Contacted customer service to have it return and escalated to escalations team. Despite multiple calls to follow up and Nickscali’s “promised” returned call. I have not received any follow up from escalations team. Which obviously not workings as unable to reach them for multiple times within the team, and no follow up happened as the request being sent through. Really disappointed and frustrating with the whole experience. Feeling helpless as a consumer. Service number MY36558S. Can someone please action on it! !!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We organised pick up of our table for today (20th of June). There’s emails on Nick Scali’s end stating such. We gave a courtesy call to the warehouse to let them know we were on our way, only to be told there’s no confirmation of such and that we couldn’t pick it up today as was agreed. The fact that you pay for your product then have to make a booking to pick it up is absolutely ridiculous! Then to be told, you can’t pick up the product you paid for. I really wish I’d read the reviews before stepping foot in that store. Never again will I purchase from them.
