Today we asked for size 7 and 9 shoes and the lady who was looking after us was very upset, giving us different sizes, we leave the shop, we don't dare to tell her that she given the wrong sizes. Bad service.

Say all the right things.... have all the write signage no idea what social distance is. They need to serve customers one on one to get them out of there. Small shop nearly 15 people in there at one point. Don’t measure feet yet it’s ok to try and touch every box and shoe to the find what you need

Great presentation and amazing customer service!!! Maya was exceptional from the moment we walked into the shop. Very friendly staff and she actually took the time to understand what I needed and give me some options on what would be a good fit for my needs. Walked out of their very happy with 2 pairs of leather shoes for work. Keep up the great work!!!!

If i could of chosen a 0 star i would of given that. Worst customer service. More interested in chatting and making fun of customers than service. I was disregarded as a customer because i wasnt buying school shoes. I was prepared to purchase diana ferrari supersoft shoes for work which are still as expensive as school shoes. I wont be returning and recommending.

This morning i take my son to the store to look for School shoes. We find The lady from store very helpful, she help my son to look for the comfortable shoes. Finally we have a pair of school shoes at a reasonable price. At this store you can find several brand at difference prices but the help of the shop staff you will find the shoes that you need. We totally happy with the service of the staffs in the shop.

Didn't have my size to try on but offered to order them VIP and have them home delivered. Why would I want to buy shoes I can't try on for fit comfort and look????
