Monty was patient, focused and made my weak points strong. I hadn’t driven in 8 years and I passed first try with a 97% score after only two days of lessons with this guy. The price is worth it.

I am extremely thankful to Monty for helping me pass my driving test. His way of teaching and giving constructive feedbacks were very on point. He was flexible with time and patient with me too. He provides useful reminders and tips, which I believe, significantly helped me ace my test. I only had 2 sessions because of my availability but those were well worth my time and money! To anyone who aims at passing NSW driving test, I highly recommend Monty as your instructor. You will not go wrong with him.

It was a great learning driving experience with Monty. He is so professional, supportive and a very good communicator. I have never met a driving instructor like him as you can ask him the same thing 100 times and he would always reply you very softly, patiently, understand the problem and advises accordingly. Immensely talented driving instructor, my driving journey with him was so satisfying and incredible. He helped me boost my confidence and taught me to control my anxiety and fear of road. Not only me, my other family members and friends took classes from Monty and passed the test in first attempt. Highly recommend to everyone!!

I moved to Sydney earlier this year and was keen to convert my overseas license to an NSW one. Even though I've driven regularly for 15 years in the UAE, my first attempt at the NSW road test was unsuccessful and left me stuck with L plates, feeling frustrated and uncertain of my own weaknesses.It was by chance (and my good fortune) that I was able to engage Monty for a pre-test primer (and car hire) session after months of waiting for test slots to open up again post-lockdown.On the morning of the test, Monty showed up on time and took me to my specific test center for a quick class.Monty knows what the test inspectors are looking for. He knows the routes that they will take you on. He knows exactly where most people falter / make mistakes that cost them the test. He was very polite, extremely clear in his directions and super patient.I can honestly say - if it was not for Monty and his super instructive session, I would have failed my second attempt as well.Do yourself a favor and hire Monty for your driving lessons. He's not just a superb instructor, but an amazing human being too! Very highly recommended.

My daughter got her licence first attempt and on a manual. Her instructor Monty was brilliant, he was a RTA tester before changing to driving instructor and his knowledge was invaluable.We would recommend him highly and when my son is old enough to start driving, i will definitely be calling Monty. Monty was a great instructor who always remained patient and understanding throughout the lesson. He was very professional and always had clear teachings methods to help me gain confidence in my driving. With his help I passed my driving test first try!!! Would definitely recommend to those wanting to learn and gain confidence driving.

I had a fantastic experience with Licence Plus Driving School and especially my instructor Monty - I can't thank him enough! Monty is a fantastic instructor who was patient, professional and so knowledgeable - he really helped me become a better and safer driver in life and I was able to pass my test first go! I really can't believe how much I improved so quickly - Monty showed the test route, showed me how to improve my driving techniques, and his way of explaining the test manoeuvres was really a great help - I really struggled with reverse parking in particular and through the lessons was able to have a much better understanding of the process and was able to complete it with confidence. I highly recommend!!

Monty is one of the best instructors I would like to recommend. He is calm and teach you everything you need to know to be a good driver. I felt much more confident to drive not only in the test but in real life. I can't thank him enough how much he had helped me.Highly recommend if you are looking for a driving lesson. Warm up lesson before the test is also very helpful. Can't recommend enough!

I came to know Monty through my other driving instructor.I just felt like - how did I not come to know about him & LicensePlus Driving School earlier?Im 10years experienced in driving, Overseas license holder still I needed some instructor help to explain the rules here and how to pass the test.Having tried with at-least 3-4 instructors in the city & spent so much on driving classes, I would say Monty is the best of all.Certain points how & why he is different from other instructors:He nails down with the reason why we do certain head checks, where we should be doing head checks, how to cross shared lights, how to decide on roundabouts, how to do manoeuvres, how to position our car perfectly etc..If we are still not clear, he will not hesitate to do the manoeuvres himself and show us.He also points out the pain points in the test route and takes us through all routes and mentions exactly what we should not be doing that will make us fail.He is very punctual, professional and appreciates when we drive well.This definitely brings in confidence to the learner. He always makes us feel comfortable and will allow us to drive in peace.I owe my driving test success to Monty.
